learn instead to observe our experience with compassionate self-awareness, activating the body’s innate capacity to find harmony & coherence.
Rest sessions

Through restorative yoga, somatic mindfulness & healing sound, these sessions offer you the opportunity for deep rest. A space to hold whatever is present with softness & care, to observe your thoughts & emotions without getting caught up in the stories they hold about who you are or who you need to be.
Nothing to change. Nothing to fix.
Just a place to rest, exactly as you are.
The passive, restful poses of restorative yoga use support (such as blankets, bolsters, blocks & eye pillows) to create positions of comfort & ease. Adapted to your individual needs, these poses are then held for several minutes, allowing the body to slowly come into a deep state of rest in which it can regenerate & restore.
During these poses I accompany you with healing sound, intuitive voice &
sacred song, powerful tools to help ease the busy mind & bring your awareness into the present moment, facilitating deep rest & relaxation. In this soothing atmosphere you can begin to develop familiarity with your body & its sensations, allowing you to connect with their innate wisdom & the messages they carry.
This gentle yet powerful combination of restorative yoga, somatic mindfulness & healing sound has the potential to:
