These monthly, in-person gatherings help us to cultivate our connection to the rhythms of the natural world & honour the phases of our own inner landscape as we tune into the energy of the waxing & waning moon & the turning of the seasons.

The New Moon
is a time of darkness in the outer world that invites us to slow down & turn inward as we move toward stillness & rest, listening to & receiving the wisdom of our bodies as they guide us toward what is needed in the next lunar cycle.
The Solstices & Equinoxes
mark the four quarters of the year & the turning point from one season to the next. They invite us to connect with & attune to the energetics of the season ahead.
Reconnecting to these sacred days, which have been celebrated across the world for thousands of years, helps reweave our own connection to the land & the ways these phases of the outer world can guide our own cyclical experience.
what to expect

Our gathering begins with casting a circle- creating a sacred ceremonial space that allows us to shift into presence & co-create an energetic container together. We then take time for each person to share (in what ever language is most comfortable for them) while the others hold space to witness & receive. It’s an opportunity to practice deep listening, being fully present with the person & what they are sharing without needing to answer or give advice. While I encourage everyone to share, you are always free to chose what feels best.
The rest of the circle is guided by the energy that is present but always includes embodied voice explorations that help us access & accompany what’s present for us with curiosity & care while rooting more deeply into ourselves. We also move through a combination of rest, visualisation, dance, journalling & singing, depending on the energy & needs of the day.
The Solstice & Equinox ceremonies include a special ritual to mark & seal the energetics of the season & a symbolic anchor that you can take home with you.
We close our time together with an optional potluck, each person bringing something to eat that we can share as we integrate from the ceremony.
These circles are a precious way of gathering that I cherish deeply- a powerful doorway into the magic & wisdom of the slower, cyclical rhythm of our bodies that we attune to through the cycles of the world around us. Not only do we weave ourselves back into the wider web of all that surrounds us, we also remember the power of gathering in community, each of our individual experiences amplified by the collective presence we cultivate together & what we hold & reflect for one another.
