Our voice is a powerful yet vulnerable part of who we are. But for many of us fear, shame & deeply engrained stories block us from even trying to connect to this part of our expression.

In this 5-week online journey we will explore our voices through a grounded, embodied approach that makes vocal reclamation accessible to everyone. It will allow you to connect to your voice on a deep, somatic level, not from a place of performance or expectation but from curiosity & deep listening instead.

Root to Rise
Our weekly 90-minute online sessions will include:
- Exploration of the theme of the week
- Presencing meditation to shift away from the mind + toward the body + felt sense
- Warm up practices to open the portals of the body on both a physical + energetic level
- Gentle movement + vocalising practices to explore the energetic signatures of specific sounds related to the theme (humming + vowels) + how we perceive them in our body
- Journalling + optional sharing around our relationship to our voice + expression + what arises for us during the session

Yes! All sessions will be recorded and available to watch within 24 hours. I do however encourage you to attend live when possible as it creates a much more immersive and supportive group experience.

Absolutely! The grounded, embodied approach that we will be journeying through makes this work work accessible to everyone, no previous experience with the voice required.

Many of us hold so many stories around our voice that make us feel embarrassed or self-conscious. During the course all participants are on mute, so you are free to explore your voice in the privacy of your own space, while knowing you are not alone :-)
